Returns Policy.
1. Opened products
Due to the nature of research reference materials, opened vials cannot be returned. Once a seal is broken, Vectra Research cannot verify the integrity of the contents and the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.
2. Unopened products
Unopened products in their original, intact packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The lot seal must be unbroken and the product must be in resalable condition.
3. How to initiate a return
Contact the lab at support@vectrapeptide.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not ship products back without prior authorization.
4. Damaged-in-transit claims
If your shipment arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Damaged-in-transit claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Vectra Research error or a damaged-in-transit claim.
