Terms of Sale and Research Use

Scope and merchant

These terms govern purchases from this storefront. Research Grade Laboratories LLC is the merchant of record. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms and every policy incorporated by reference.

Research-use-only restriction

Products are offered only as research chemicals or reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical work. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, or any other clinical or in-vivo application.

Buyer eligibility and responsibility

The buyer represents that they are at least 21 years old, are qualified to acquire and handle the materials, will use them only for lawful research, and will follow applicable handling, storage, transport, and disposal requirements. The buyer is responsible for confirming that possession and use are lawful at the destination.

Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to purchase and may be declined, held, or canceled when identity, eligibility, destination, inventory, documentation, payment, fraud, or compliance review is incomplete. A displayed product, price, or inventory quantity is not a promise that an order will be accepted.

Product and lot documentation

Analytical reports are provided for identification and research documentation. A general report or product statement is not proof that a particular physical lot is released. Only an exact lot record and approved document shown by the public lot verifier may be relied on as a released public record.

Prohibited conduct

Human or animal administration, resale as a finished drug or medical product, false intended-use statements, unlawful diversion, and attempts to bypass eligibility or destination controls are prohibited. Accounts and orders may be suspended or canceled when misuse is suspected.

Disclaimers and liability

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, products are supplied for the stated research use without a promise of therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages are excluded, and aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to hello@researchgrade.io.
